Yoga Every Damn Day - As a part of A to Z April Blogging challenge, I am going to post a series of Yoga poses. Don't worry I will keep it simple and crisp... and try not to make it boring.
It's time for Inversions... I used to dread these during the first few weeks of my practice. I thought I could never get my legs off the ground. And to top it all I never had a good upper body strength. But as I practised more, activating my core, I could now easily do the inversions with the help of a wall.
Here's few variation of Tripod Headstand or Sirsasana II
Working on my sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and halasana
My dream pose is Forearm Stand or Pincha Mayurasana. But first I need to get away from the wall.
